General conditions
- Rates are indicated per room and per day for 2 people. Breakfast is included.
- The tourist tax is not included. It is 0.83€ per day and per person.
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
- Payment on site is possible by cash, cheque, bank transfer or credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
- In case of a shortened stay, any interruption before the planned departure date leads to the billing of all reserved nights.
- You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 5 days before arrival.
- During the Festival d'Avignon: free cancellation up to 90 days before the stay, 50% of the stay due if cancellation occurs up to 30 days before arrival, 100% due less than 30 days before arrival.
- To avoid inconvenience linked to cancellation, we suggest taking out cancellation insurance with your usual insurer or with Mondial Assistance.
